Probably the most useless app I have ever used. The service stinks, too. 2g dowload speed won't download your maps and it won't search for anything on the internet when you're out walking. When you try to use the app to learn maybe why things are not working, nothing. You can't find out how much data you have used, but you cannot see how fast your download speeds are currently. The say the network is crowded. It's always "crowded". I could have bought a disposable phone for less.

the app used to sign in my number automatically, now it asks me to do it manually but whenever i put the password (which is the right one 'cause i've only changed it once and it's been the same since then) it doesn't let me in. i try to change it, i put my data in and still it doesn't let me change the password. i am literally forced to call service number everytime i wanna check how many gigas i have left and it's so upsetting because the voice is slow and it takes forever to tell what i need.

The service is absolutely terrible, very slow and if you take any type of Metro or train you have no Internet. The app only good to put more money/credit on. I must say the app frequently crashes and/or has bugs & issues. Got ho when I arrived here three years ago because it came so highly recommended without an expense if it was and the high amount of GB, and it still offers good value for that; it's a shame when I leave the house that internet is so difficult to use.
