What??? I just updated this in July and now already they're asking again? Ho data service is absolutely terrible - very slow, mostly blocked on Metro & trains - no Internet. The app is useful, quick and easy to add money/credit. Recently, the app frequently crashes and/or has bugs & issues. Got in 2020 because it came so highly recommended and had amazing plans and still offers good value for that; it's a shame when I leave the house that internet is so difficult to use.

I tired many time to register to the app but is not possible because say "The email address you entered cannot be used"

Very easy to register as a tourist. The coverage is good in general. The experience in general is a scam. I have a 200 gig package and I thought I could "recharge" it when i run out of data as it was advertised in the app. It said I have to add some money first so I did, then i showed me my package is not allowed to recharge so i have to wait. "Recharging" was the only reason I went for this simcard...
