The MOBILE BANKING service will be activated on your contract simply by installing the BIAE Banking App.
Main features:
- Access via biometric credentials (Touch ID or Face ID);
- Use of Smart OTP technology to access and authorize transactions from a PC;
- View balance trends and query current account MOVEMENTS;
- Execute FREQUENT TRANSACTIONS by easily recalling the latest transactions made;
- Execute ONE-CLICK TRANSACTIONS without reauthorizing transactions;
- View "My Account," graphically displaying your total assets, transactions, and investments;
From the menu, you will have access to sections dedicated to the information services and payment services active on your profile:
- Payment of ordinary and simplified F24 forms, excise duties, and elide;
- Transactions: bank transfers, instant bank transfers, expiring bills, postal payment slips, MAV, ACI stamp duty, and Ri.Ba.;
- Documents: Retrieve accounting records and statements, and bank communications such as consolidated account statements (average balance calculation);
- Address Book;
- Customer Area;
- Customer Support.
In the PROFILE section, you can:
- Manage access methods with biometric credentials and PSD2 consents (Touch ID or Face ID biometric access methods);
- Customize the graphics of your current accounts and the app in a light or dark version;
- View your daily and monthly limits.
