Reception Kiosk transforms a tablet into a smart reception station for your company.

VISITOR REGISTRATION
Visitors register independently at the entrance, without the need for dedicated staff. The registration form is completely customizable: you choose which data to collect (name, company, contact person, reason for visit, and other custom fields) and the language to display it in.

COURIER MANAGEMENT
A dedicated mode for deliveries and pickups: the courier specifies the carrier, recipient, and shipping document reference in just a few taps, without clogging the visitor flow.

RAPID RECOGNITION
Those who are already registered can quickly re-enter by scanning their badge or QR code with the tablet's camera—no lines, no waiting.

TAILORED FOR YOUR COMPANY
Logo, colors, and text automatically adapt to your company's identity. The app is available in Italian, English, German, French, and Spanish.

WORKS EVEN WITHOUT A NETWORK
Registrations are queued locally and automatically synchronized as soon as the connection is available: no data is lost in the event of an unstable network.

EASY TO MANAGE
Each tablet pairs with your workstation with a 6-digit code. All configuration—forms, text, appearance—is managed centrally from a web panel, without touching the devices at reception.

- L'informativa privacy mostra i dati dell'azienda, senza segnaposto.
- Corretta la spunta "Ho letto e accetto", che in alcuni casi non veniva riconosciuta.
- Aree di accesso: il visitatore sceglie l'area, legge i DPI e guarda il video informativo prima di entrare, anche se rientra.
- Il pulsante corrieri compare solo se incluso nel pacchetto.
