About this app

IrenYou is the new Iren app that allows you to have all your supplies just a tap away and simplify the management of the Gas, Electricity, Water, District Heating and Waste (TARI) services.
Using IrenYou you can comfortably manage both your contracts and the contracts of other holders, you can view the bill at the same time it is issued directly on the screen of your mobile phone and pay it with a click in an easy and safe way through the IrenPay payment service (currently only available for payment of electricity and gas bills), using your bank's online payment account.

Receiving assistance and managing your supplies has never been easier: you will have the opportunity to request the dematerialisation of your bills, update your payment methods, change the delivery address of your bills, send requests and upload documents directly from your mobile phone , while sitting on the sofa in your home.

The application is dedicated to all customers of the Iren Group companies operating in Italy.

Easy for payment out country

Un cesso di app. Log out automatico e nessuna possibilità di fare nuovamente log in perché "le credenziali sono state modificate" (da chi?). Il recupero delle credenziali d'accesso non funziona. Not really user friendly. It automatically logged out with no possibility to log in again becuse my "access credentials were modified" (by whom?). I can't get my credentials back because the password recovery doesn't work at all.

For the second time already I received my bill via E-mail, but it's not visible in the app, so I'm forced to pay in a different way. In cases where the bill was visible, the was a significant delay with the registation of executed payments.
