Our restaurant in Rome was inaugurated more than ten years ago, but can boast thirty years of renowned catering activity in the Neapolitan area.
The Ciopa Blu Restaurant & Pizzeria, strictly family-run, puts all its experience at the disposal of its guests, offering among other things: the authenticity of the ingredients used, the freshness of the homemade pasta, the expert care in preparing the specialties based on fresh fish (delivered daily), the best selections of meats and D.O.C.G. wines. The skill of our Chef Mrs. Giulia and our Pizza Artist Peppino, associated with the kindness of the two daughters Cinzia and Rossella with their respective husbands, Luigi and Giuseppe who create a warm and welcoming background in the restaurant, seasoned with a lot of friendliness and professionalism typical of those who have been working in the large-scale catering sector for a long time.
