About this game

Take charge of a miniature railway in Switchyard. Change junctions at the right moment and guide each freight train to its matching station.

Work through 20 campaign levels across five regions: Greenwater, Seabrook, Highland, Goldleaf and Northport. Each region has its own scenery, and later levels introduce larger rail networks and more stations.

Play a fresh daily shift or choose Practice for a procedurally generated railway. Replay a map using its seed and share your result when the shift is complete.

In Hard mode, switching an occupied junction derails the train and costs a heart. Slow and Safety boosters give you a little breathing room. Optional rewarded ads can replenish booster charges outside Daily mode.

Pan and zoom around the 3D railway, follow a train, and focus on any station. Three music loops and sound effects accompany your shifts, with separate audio controls in Settings. Day and night lighting follow your local time, with headlamp beams visible on night shifts.

Available in English and Italian. No account required. Progress is saved on your device.
