About this app

The 2Care application is designed for the patient and family members / caregivers. It shows all the data sent and the measurement protocols associated with the patient, it also allows the sending of measurements. Finally, it displays all the reminders and alarms for missed measurements in order to ensure better patient compliance with the measurement protocol.

2Care makes available to the patient a therapeutic agenda provided by his doctor, which involves sending measurements and filling in questionnaires. Manual or collected measurements can be sent through medical devices prepared and authorized by the referring physician.
