Ratings and reviews

I bought a Kena number sometime last 2 weeks. I have downloaded the app and have been trying to register my sim on the app but each time I enter my number, it says that the number I entered is invalid. Also, i tried adding +39 which is code of the country I live, yet it keeps saying number invalid. Yet, I make calls and receive sms notification each time I recharge. How do I solve this ? That's why I'm giving 2 star for now until further notice.

It's very good to use Kent mobile but we need international call to different countries pls kana mobile do it on time

The speed of the network is perfect. However, I always encounter a problem with the service. At some intervals, the network goes completely out and reappears after a second. It usually affects me so much when I play online games because it disconnects totally and I lose the game. I have not experienced this issue with other network. I don't know if the problem is from my phone, sim card or kena mobile network.
