KHC2 is the official app of the Knowledge Human-Centered Care project, a training program designed to support the transformation of healthcare and social care services required by Law 33/2023, in light of the aging population.
The app provides Peer Campus participants with an intelligent conversational assistant, designed to support healthcare and community professionals in their daily learning, discussion, and growth. In addition to training materials, live quizzes are available during classes.

Who is it for?
Healthcare workers, community professionals, hospital staff, and social care workers involved in the KHCC project and in the individual Peer Campuses activated at local health authorities and participating organizations.

- Promote a cultural shift in relationships with the community, placing the person at the center.
- Develop communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote the adoption of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence in care processes.
