About this app
Kidville is the app reserved for parents and staff at La Favola Preschool. Access is only possible with the credentials provided by the school office: there is no free registration, and the app is not intended for children who do not have an account.
FOR PARENTS
• Daily diary — how the day went: mood, arrival, meals, sleep, activities, teacher's note, and photo of the day.
• Absences — report an absence and send a justification directly from the app.
• Cafeteria — weekly menu with allergens, meal reservations and cancellations by the cutoff time, and ticket payments.
• Notices and circulars — with acknowledgement and acceptance.
• Chat with teachers — direct communication with the section.
• Gallery — photos and videos of the class, reserved for families in the section.
• Payments — tuition schedule, history, and reason for transfer. Payments are made outside the app.
• Forms and paperwork — filling out and signing consent forms, with code verification.
• Locker — child's supplies and materials.
• News — school announcements and news.
• Profile and delegations — account management, unlocking with fingerprint or facial recognition, privacy and data deletion.
FOR STAFF
Roll call for the day, section agenda, student allergies and medical notes, diary completion, internal noticeboard, class register, and grades for elementary school.
NOTIFICATIONS
Alerts, messages, and deadlines arrive as notifications on your phone, with a counter on the app icon.
EVEN WITHOUT AN CONNECTION
Pages already visited remain accessible even when there's an internet connection loss.
PRIVACY
No advertising, no tracking, no behavior analysis tools. Data is processed by Scuola dell'Infanzia La Favola Soc. Coop. (Cesa, CE) according to the policy published at app.kidville.it/privacy.
Kidville is available in Italian and English.
