About this app

Revo HR is the app for employees of companies that use the Revosell management system. Your company creates the account: you activate it once by scanning the personal QR code shown to you by your manager.

CLOCKING
• Clock in and out by scanning the QR code at the cash register or the branch terminal
• Works even without an internet connection: clocking in and out remains encrypted on your phone and is sent as soon as the network is restored
• View your clocking history and hours for the month

SHIFTS
• Your shifts for the week, always up to date
• Free shifts to take and availability to communicate
• Notification when shifts are published or changed

VACATION, LEAVE, AND OVERTIME
• Request vacation, leave, and overtime from your phone
• Track the status of your requests and receive a notification
• Check your vacation, leave, and time bank balances

DOCUMENTS AND PAYSLIPS
• Receive payslips, communications, regulations, and Single Certifications
• Confirm receipt with a tap, when the company requests it
• View PDFs without saving them unencrypted on your phone

MANAGERS
• Those coordinating a branch see who is on duty and manage their team's requests Group

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• Unlock with PIN, fingerprint, or face
• No advertising, analytics, or tracking tools
• Does not use location: clocking in is done by scanning the location's QR code
• Data remains in your company's management system and is encrypted
• Notifications contain only a general warning, never amounts or content

To use Revo HR, you need an account provided by your company.
