ReserveBanca is a quick and easy way to make appointments at the branch comfortably from your mobile device and manage the booking event in total safety.
The end user has the possibility to create an account to receive the necessary credentials to access the platform that can also be used for future bookings or to make a spot entry, simply indicating the data necessary for quick identification and limiting himself to a one-time login to make a single booking.
Once you have chosen your bank of reference, the user will be able to access all the functions necessary to proceed with the booking of an appointment, by acting on the smart filters that will combine the ideal solution based on the requests made:

The user can act individually or combined on the aforementioned filters

- reference branch
- service required
- operator connected to the service

To receive a clear indication of the available time slot as a response from the system
- appointment date
- appointment now
- appointment duration

At the end of the chosen combination, the user will have the right to confirm the appointment, subsequently receiving notification of the event directly from the app (via Qrcode) and via email.

In the "event history" section, the user can freely consult all the booked appointments concerning him, those passed in read-only mode as a reminder, future ones with the option of canceling an appointment made but no longer desired.

In the profile section, the user will have the opportunity to manage their basic personal data.

ReserveBanca can be downloaded for free, subject to the connection costs provided by the telephone operator for data traffic.
