About this app

MechatronIQ is the mobile app connected to the desktop management software for small workshops and technical businesses.

The app allows you to work from your phone during daily activities: record voice notes, attach photos, open cases, consult customers and vehicles, track estimates, invoices, and collections.

Main functions:
- Record voice notes from your phone
- Transcribe and organize notes in the desktop management software
- Manage customers and vehicles
- Create and consult estimates
- Manage invoices and documents
- Track portfolio and collections
- Attachments, photos, and documents linked to cases
- Work via a local network with the workshop PC

MechatronIQ is designed for small businesses without a dedicated IT infrastructure that want to easily manage their daily workflow: from notes collected in the workshop to estimates, invoices, and payment tracking.

To use the app, the MechatronIQ desktop package must be installed on the business PC. The phone connects to the management software via guided configuration and a QR code.
