About this app

Lead By Click transforms a business card into a Lead in your ESOLVER CRM, in just a few seconds and without typing anything.

At a trade show, a conference, or after a visit, the cards collected end up in your pocket and are entered into the CRM days later, when you can barely remember who was who. Lead By Click bridges that gap: you photograph the card, check the data read, and save. The contact is in the CRM before you've even said goodbye to the customer.

HOW IT WORKS

• Photograph the card with your phone's camera
• The data is read directly on the device: first name, last name, company, role, email, phone number, mobile number, website
• Check and correct any necessary information in the review screen
• Add the qualification required by your CRM: company, interests, event
• Save, and the Lead appears in your assigned CRM

READING ON THE DEVICE

Text recognition occurs on the phone. The card photo is not sent to any third-party service and is not stored by the app.

IT WORKS EVEN WITHOUT NETWORK

Trade show halls often lack network coverage. Collected tickets remain on your phone and are automatically sent as soon as your connection returns, without you having to remember. The app always tells you how many contacts are still waiting, and doesn't make you think they've already arrived.

DUPLICATE CHECK

If the email address is already listed among the Leads, the app will notify you before saving. The decision is yours.

EACH USER WITH THEIR OWN CREDENTIALS

You log in with the same credentials you already use on the CRM. The Lead is created and assigned to the person who actually collected it, not to a shared technical user.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Lead By Click is intended for companies that use ESOLVER CRM: sales networks, trade show representatives, and technicians meeting customers off-site. It is open to any company that subscribes to the service.

REQUIREMENTS

To use the app, you need an ESOLVER CRM instance, an activation code issued by Methodus Informatica, and your CRM user credentials. The app is free to download and contains no in-app purchases; the service is subject to a separate contract between Methodus and the client company.
