if you have no phone signal you can't use the ticket because it generates a qr code that has very short availability time. even if you buy multiple days subscription you need to activate each day though a code you receive by email.you have to browse the menu to access the ticket each time, home page is useless, overall very bad app, next time I will use the official Milano public transport app.

Do not purchase a 24hour pass for Rome with Conet Pass as you have to download this 3rd party and it is a scam. we bought 3 passes and went through the whole process right to the end when error pops up to say cant process try later. Avoid thos convoluted rubbish app. just sorry I cannot give zero stars

scam app. don't use it after I redeemed the codes for day pass the app is giving an error. SCAM!!!!!!
