Historical and modern itineraries between Italy and Switzerland as part of the MULM: the longest museum in the world, an itinerary south of the Alps, between Italy and Switzerland, which runs through the Canton of Ticino, Piedmont and Lombardy.
Along the route you come across museums, quarries, dams, waterways and a unique and unforgettable landscape.
The project consists of the creation of exhibitions, exhibitions and events throughout the area involved, focused on the theme of the historic modes of transport used in cross-border travel and on new eco-sustainable modes of transport. This last theme was also developed through the creation of specific routes, with stops corresponding to places of historical and technological importance. Through direct travel experience, users will be able to rediscover the similarities and differences between the populations living on both sides of the Alps.
The App intends to systematize the various project partners and their peculiarities, through their museums, events and nature trails that present opportunities to explore the area.
