MultiDomus: a tidy condominium, for those who live and work there.
MultiDomus is Multidialogo's official condominium management app, developed in partnership with TeamSystem. It collects your condominium's reports, documents, and payments in one place, and keeps track of what's happening: who did what, when, and what's happening.
Climbing information no longer gets scattered between phone calls, emails, and word of mouth. What concerns you is here, and it remains accessible.
To use MultiDomus, your management firm must have activated it. Access is via TeamSystem ID: if you can't log in, ask your administrator.
👤 IF YOU LIVE IN A CONDOMINIUM
• Open a report in just a few steps: describe the problem, attach a photo, indicate whether it's urgent.
• Track the status of the report from opening to resolution, without having to request updates.
• View the condominium documents that your firm has made visible.
• Check your installments, including amounts and due dates. Where the condominium has activated online payment, you can pay directly from the app.
• As soon as you log in, you can see what has changed since your last login on the dashboard.
• Receive alerts when something concerning you changes.
🛠️ IF YOU WORK AS A SUPPLIER
• Receive assignments from the firm already with a description of the problem, photos, and contact information, without having to request them each time.
• Update the status of your project from wherever you are.
• Keep the assignments from all the firms you work for in a single list, with a history of your work.
• See new assignments as soon as you log in.
🏢 IF YOU ARE A CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATOR
• Reports from condominium owners arrive in a single list, with the urgency the condominium owner declared at the beginning.
• Assign the report to a member of the firm, or forward it to a supplier as a project and track its progress.
• Requests no longer come from different channels: they all come in here, with the date, author, and update history.
• As soon as you log in, you can see what's changed since your last access in the dashboard.
🔒 EVERYTHING TRACKED
Every report, every status change, and every update are recorded with the date and the person who made them. For the condominium owner, this means always knowing the status of their request. For the office, it means being able to reconstruct a case over time, without searching through different archives.
MultiDomus is also available from a browser, with the same login: what you do on the app is found on the portal, and vice versa.
