Ratings and reviews

connected the tag, it can locate easily and receive location when scanned. Otherwise... can't input any info. sometimes displays in other languages. chose "cat", calls it "dog". a disturbing amount of personal info must be given, as well as unnecessary permissions. customer service unhelpful- offering advice I clearly stated I had done, with no response to my reply.

Upon creating a new account I can't progress further in the app unless I confirm my email, no confirmation has been received at all. Yes I checked my spam folder and I've tried with a different email and a different device still nothing. I tried 8 months ago and now and no improvement. I bought the collars thinking I could make use of the app but so far it's been useless.

WARNING: This app won't display push notifications of your lost pet without agreeing to selling your data to 3rd parties. Also bad: The app displays the wrong language frequently, cant update pet details that are wrong, and even displays the wrong species of animal! This isn't a professional app. I've seen more sophisticated from college student projects!
