About this app

Offigest is the management software for nautical workshops and shipyards, designed to streamline the daily work of mechanics, workshop managers, and managers.

The mobile app is the on-the-go companion to the Offigest web management software: it allows you to view and update workshop data in real time while on board, at the shipyard, or on the road.

▼ WHAT YOU CAN DO

• DASHBOARD — Workshop statistics, latest boats managed, recent worklists, open reports, and the most recent workbooks, all at a glance.

• BOATS — Complete boat database with details, owners, models, customized technical specifications for each shipyard, and a photo gallery of key details.

• WORKLIST — Worklists organized by task. Smart filters:
– My: jobs assigned to you or related to your skill categories
– Open: everything with tasks still to be completed this year
– All: history for the current year
Status: to-do, in progress, completed, postponed.

• JOB LOG — Record hours worked, materials used, expenses, and mileage for each job. Aggregate everything for final invoicing.

• AGENDA AND CALENDAR — Monthly and weekly view of scheduled jobs: miscellaneous, hauling, servicing, extraordinary maintenance, transportation.

• REPORTS — Mechanics report extra work or problems from the field; these are evaluated in the workshop and converted into new prioritized worklists.

• OFFLINE FIRST — Local data upload: you can consult worklists, boats, and job logs even without an internet connection. Syncing resumes automatically when you return online.

Offigest is a B2B system: to use the app, you need credentials provided by your workshop administrator. If your company isn't using Offigest yet, contact [e-mail] for a demo.

To try the app immediately without company credentials, tap "Try in demo mode" on the login screen and access a demo installation with sample data.

▼ SECURITY

All communication with the server occurs via HTTPS. Data is separated by company (multi-tenant). Authentication uses JSON Web Tokens with automatic rotation.
