âWho's paying for the coffee?!â is a quick and easy app for organizing shifts when a group rotates coffee (office, friends, soccer, bar, family).
No arguing, no âis it my turn or yours?â: press a button and the app decides fairly and records everything in the history.
What's the point?
It often happens in a group that: someone offers more often than others,
shifts get lost, time is wasted every day deciding.
With âWho's offering today?!â: the shift is automatic, the history is transparent,
decisions are made in seconds.
Main features
1) Create a group (table)
2) Add participants
The organizer can add people in two ways:
A) Quick add (name)
Enter the participant's name and code and press âAddâ.
B) Invitation via User Code
The participant opens the app and copies their User Code.
They send it to the organizer (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.). The organizer pastes it into the "Invite/Add" section. This way, the participant sees the group directly in their app.
3) Decide "Who's offering today?"
Every day, simply press: "Who's offering coffee today?"
The app automatically selects who will offer, taking into account past shifts to maintain maximum fairness.
4) Shift History
In the History section, you'll find: date and time, name of the person who offered.
This is useful for avoiding confusion and keeping the group aligned.
5) Coffee Location
The organizer can set the location (e.g., Bar Sport, Macchinetta 2nd floor).
This way, everyone knows where the coffee is located and avoids confusion.
6) Affiliated Bars (optional)
If you're a bar and want to appear among the available bars in the app, you can request an agreement.
It's a simple way to become a point of reference for local groups.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I use it without Google?
Yes. However, for security and to recover groups if I reinstall or change phones, Google login is recommended.
If I change phones, will I lose my groups?
If you signed in with Google and log back in with the same account, this usually won't work: you'll be able to find the groups you're in.
Does the app read my personal data?
No. It doesn't ask for or save phone numbers, cards, or sensitive information. It only saves what's necessary to make groups and shifts work.
Who can add or remove participants?
The group organizer.
