Features available for the internal user IT team:

- Forward, change the status and close requests assigned
- Respond to users

Features available for the end-user:
- See the list of their pending requests
- Filter requests based on status, date and other search parameters
- Open new requests from the Catalog Services with ability to upload images and documents from Photos
- Answering to provide more information to help desk
