The new PIAGGIO App is here!

The new Piaggio App enables you to activate the whole series of advanced multimedia functions from the MIA connectivity system.

On specific models, MIA makes your trips safer and more comfrontable thanks to a set of new functionalities:
• Handlebar controls for music and phone calls
• Voice-assistant activation by a simple push of a dedicated button
• An extended digital dashboard for your smartphone, displaying additional parameters
• Notifications for the relevant alerts regarding the bike’s maintenance
• Storage and visualization of the most significant data tracked on your last trips

You can also use the Piaggio App to get in contact with us and find our dealers and assistance centers.

IMPORTANT: for PMP3 equipped vehicles including BEVERLY 400 and 300 Euro5, MP3 EURO 5 and MEDLEY starting from My 2021 it is mandatory to use devices equipped with Android 8 or higher.

Ratings and reviews

Each time you start the moto you have to press the sync button. For the speed indicator on the dashboard you have to open the map module inside the app. Very small speed indicator icon the dashboard . Navigation module in the app very basic. Without home and work options or over speed alerts. Positive the radar alerts.

App is quite good, once you manage to connect the app, which is really very tricky. No good description even on the internet. For me the following did the trick(S23 Ultra with Medley 125 S E5): Press the menu button+ignition, once the icon is blinking search for bluetooth devices on your phone and wait until there are TWO PMP3 devices found! Click on the one with the 🎧 sign and connect to it. Afterwards connect immediately in the app. You need to do it as quick as possible.

Happy to report that the battery drain has been fixed! I can only assume the issues with the navigation direction images will be fixed when the scooter's firmware has been updated too. Now, a lot of people travel with Bluetooth connected to their helmets... Wouldn't it be great if the indicators had a sound whilst they're flashing, so people don't forget to switch them off? 😉
