Scammers.. I have been a user for a few years now and there were countless times where they changed the terms of how you recieve their token or recieve the rewards where each time I was the one paying for it. Instead of saving money, I lost it. Everything that seemed like a good deal with them changed after a few months in a way so they are in profit while you lose money. Honestly one of the worst crypto experiences and its coming from someone that makes a living from crypto. Stay away.

This is a scam. I was never able to retrieve any of my cashback in PLU bc either the mechanism was blocked or the transaction fees were super high. Then you couldn't even pay out without paying a subscription fee and now my account is "under review" and can't be accessed at all. I'm glad I never spent money on this cause I think I will never receive my PLU. Just look at their reddit for more experiences like this

This company is a legalised scam. They change the rules every few months and the users don't get the benefits. It used to be a cryptoback card, now it is a "loyalty" card... but try to get value for your collected crypto and then you will realise that it is very hard, almost impossible to do so. That's why I call it a "legalized scam"! Advice: Stay away! Edit: Check the gaslighting answer from them. Basically, it says: It's the users that are all stupid and not our fault!
