It's all a scam. You can very occasionally get a gift card with the rewards. But in reality, the app doesn't work, it can barely log you in, when you get to exchanging gift cards only about 2% of the time can you actually receive one. The website is just as bad, it's a real shame as if the scheme actually worked properly it may be something worth paying attention to, but it doesn't. I'd avoid and find other places and reward schemes over this one.

Constant changes that are driving down the value of Plu coin. I've seen my £500 investment to upgrade as requested by the team now worth £45. A great return. That was 04/2025. Now in 04/2026 they are still trying to entice you in with so called superb offers. They are also trying to bill me £19.99 per month when I haven't signed up for anything and my account has been in sleep mode for a year. I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT !!! I lost hundreds of pounds on your previous business models !

I used to adore Plutus. it was straightforward, cashback was plainly understandable and the reward perks made sense. But then this year I noticed my card had expired; their core functionality, a card with cashback, is simply not available. The whole UI is now all over the place; completed different design language on each tab. Features locked as "coming soon" several years ago are still not ready. if you get this app today, know that you can't get a card, can't earn cashback. it's useless now.
