Features constantly removed and moved to Web only.. that's the app... the changes to terms and the tiers and subscription changes just add to the confusing layout and structure. Way too much effort for what is a reward that the value of keeps dropping. For me personally, I can't recommend it. For anyone.

I’m extremely disappointed. Despite being a long-time user, I’m now forced to upgrade from the useless Standard tier to the Starter tier just to re-activate my account after inactivity. Seriously, Plutus?! This change has made the card completely useless. I now have 24 PLU stuck in the account along with some cash that cannot be withdrawn. It has turned into a frustrating and unfair service, and I see no other option but to delete my account and uninstall the app. Don’t waste your time or money.

Scam. Beware. You will lose money. Poorly ran project that will change terms every month to keep you invested whilst reducing rewards. In reply to the response. My points still stand. That is my experience as well as many others. So its a rewards card this week is it? what about next week? Undermining and arguing with loyal customers experience just highlights a part of the problem. I am a long term customer, have paid 1000s and have nothing to show for it from your so called "Rewards card".
