The Riparatori 2 APP, directly connected to Segnalazioni Web - the application for sending and managing reports online - was developed by Q-Web to offer the organisation's internal staff and/or external repairers a simple and intuitive to view and manage the repairs assigned to them directly from the site. All directly from your smartphone!

Once the municipality to which he belongs has been selected, the repairer authenticates himself via user and password and accesses the list of reports assigned to him.

By clicking on each one, the repairer accesses the detail of the report, where he can:
- view the details of the report (subject, date and time of the report
report, description, report status, address, etc.)
- view photos (already uploaded by the Reporter and upload post photos
resolution)
- add the activities carried out and the processing reports
- view the location of the report on the geolocalized map
- view the history of activities carried out
