The BOOKITHERE app by 4words by Sanmarco Informatica is the ideal platform for the management of rooms, equipment and generally corporate resources.
After logging in, the user has the possibility to make reservations, consult the complete calendar and search for availability at the various available locations.
MAIN DASHBOARD: Presents the list of reservations already made by the user.
CALENDAR: Reports, for a given date, the timeline of user reservations for each location and for each resource available in that particular location.
AVAILABILITY SEARCH: Given a set of search criteria, it shows the resources available and bookable on a given date.
