About this app

Always know what parts, materials, and tools you have in your van before starting a job.

ScortaPronta is the offline inventory designed for artisans, maintenance workers, installers, and technicians managing the inventory of one or more vans or a small workshop. It doesn't require an account: the information stays on your device, and the main functions are available even without an internet connection.

Scan and update in seconds

Use the camera to read barcodes and QR codes. The first scan creates the spare part card; from subsequent scans, you can add or download the quantity with a tap. Recognition occurs on the device.

Avoid running out of stock during work

Set a minimum quantity for each item. ScortaPronta highlights what's running low, prepares the reorder list, and can send a local alert when you reach the threshold.

The Pro version unlocks unlimited items and history, multiple locations, multiple counting, transfers, CSV import, local backup and restore, and PDF inventory reports. Unlocking is permanent with a one-time purchase.

Privacy and Data Control

No account required and no cloud syncing. Inventory, codes, and transactions remain in the app's private database. Exports and backups are created only when you choose where to save them.
