About this app
This application allows you to simulate (in absolutely offline mode) the calculation of the ISEE (it is the indicator of the equivalent economic situation that allows citizens to access, under favorable conditions, social benefits or public utility services) for the years ( of signing the Declaration) from 2001 to 2014 and the "ordinary" ISEE for the years (of submission of the declaration) from 2015 to 2024.
The ISEE is the ratio between the economic situation indicator (ISE) and the parameter deduced from the Equivalence Scale.
The application also contains some tables of the most important social benefits and/or public utility services (Social Card/Ordinary Purchasing Card, Allowance for the family unit with three minor children, Maternity Allowance) with the related ISEE/ISE values .
It also includes the Simulation of the ISEEU Calculation (Indicator of the Equivalent Economic Situation for the University) and of the related Indicators of the Income Situation (ISRU), the Asset Situation (ISPU) and the Equivalent Asset Situation (ISPEU) - EXCLUSIVELY - for the years ( of signing the Declaration) from 2003 to 2014.
N.B. The new calculation methods envisaged by the Prime Ministerial Decree 5 December 2013, n. 159 have been operational since 1 January 2015 as the Work-Finance provision provided for by art. 10, paragraph 3, of the aforementioned Prime Ministerial Decree. was signed on 7 November 2014 and was published in the Official Journal General Series n.267 of 17 November 2014 - Suppl. Ordinary n. 87. Currently the app carries out the new calculation procedure - EXCLUSIVELY - for the "ordinary" ISEE.
The app includes the transitional changes to the calculation of the ISEE of families with members with disabilities (article 2-sexies of the legislative decree of 29 March 2016, n. 42, converted, with amendments, by law of 26 May 2016, n. 89 , effective May 29, 2016).
