About this app

The Logbook application (e-LogBook) is a tool provided by MASAF for compiling and submitting the Logbook, intended for maritime operators, as required by Regulation (EC) No. 1224/2009, the subsequent Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 404/2011, and Regulations (EU) 2023/2842, (EU) 2025/1766, and (EU) 2025/2196.

Starting gear bug fix

The following changes have been made in this version:

- Mesh shape and hook size have been added to the starting gear characteristics.

- New management of species at departure with trip ID information.

- Introduction of a "planned action" for the capture of sensitive species.

- The possibility of landing the same species outside the Mediterranean Sea in the same FAO area with different water sovereignty has been introduced.
