About this app

SingSing GoGo is a shared bicycle app. Check nearby rental stations on the map, scan the bicycle's QR code to rent it, and return it to a designated station.

• Those who want to rent only when needed and leave the bike at a station near their destination

[How to Use]

1. Sign up with your email address and agree to the terms.

2. Tap the rental station marker on the home map to check the location and the number of available bikes.

3. Press [Rent] and scan the QR code attached to the bike. You must be near the bike (within approximately 100 meters) when renting.

4. Check the tires and brakes before using the bike safely. You can cancel the rental for free within 1 minute of renting.

5. When you are finished using the bike, park it at a designated station, lock it, and press [Return]. The return must also be completed near the rental station.

[Fees]

• Less than 30 minutes of use: Free

• For every 30 minutes completed: 500 KRW

• The fee is finalized at the time of return.

• Cancellation within 1 minute of rental: Free

[Payment]

Currently, payment is made via bank transfer. The depositor's name is the part of your member email address before the @ symbol. Payment is processed as complete once the deposit is confirmed. You can check the deposit details in the app under My Page > Payment History > [Payment Method].

[What You Can Do in the App]

• Check rental locations and availability on the map

• Scan QR code to rent or return to a rental location

• Check usage time and estimated fee while in use

• View usage and payment history

• Report breakdowns, check announcements

• Delete membership

[Rules of Use]

• Please return the bike only to designated rental locations.

• Riding while intoxicated, riding with two or more people, or handing the bike over to others are prohibited.

• Please obey traffic laws, and wearing a helmet is recommended.

• Please dismount and walk across crosswalks. • If there is a malfunction, please report it via the "Report Malfunction" option on My Page.

[Permissions]

• Location: Used to provide information on nearby rental stations and to check rental and return locations. (Only while in use)

• Camera: Used only for scanning bicycle QR codes. The microphone is not used.

Service areas and rental stations may vary depending on operational conditions. Please check the app announcements for the latest updates.
