MySwan is the professional mobile application for smartphones and tablets, designed for workshops and authorized dealers. It is designed to allow users to optimize document management and multimedia content collection by instantly synchronizing with their reference web portal.

The application stands out for its extremely intuitive user interface, focused on field operations, and is structured into four main phases:
1. Quick Access
The application is easily identifiable on the smartphone thanks to a distinctive icon depicting a blue swan. This allows the operator to launch it quickly and efficiently at any time during the workday.

2. Main Dashboard and Brand Management
Once the application is opened, the user is presented with the main screen (dashboard). This section is entirely dedicated to viewing and selecting the associated active brands.

3. "New Content" Menu and Multimedia Acquisition
By selecting the relevant brand, the application provides a comprehensive and versatile multimedia selection interface. MySwan offers two file management modes:
• Real-time acquisition of photos, videos, and audio.
• Upload from local storage: allows you to select files already on the device, supporting the upload image, video, audio, and document upload functions.

4. Cataloging, Indexing, and Cloud Saving
MySwan's true strength lies in its ability to structure data before transfer. Before sending it to the web portal, the user accesses the indexing phase, where they can preview the file to ensure correct and immediate archiving in the Soft Way cloud.
