About this app

With SubitoDoc, you can arrange medication pickup at participating pharmacies in your area.

With Skip the Line, enter your prescription information, choose an available pharmacy, and review the offer before confirming. Follow the order updates and display the pickup code when your medications are ready.

The pharmacy verifies the prescription, communicates availability and costs, and remains responsible for dispensing. The service depends on the presence of active participating pharmacies; you can check availability in the app.

Amounts and conditions are displayed before confirmation. When online payment is required, the amount is preauthorized before preparation and taken upon pickup.

From your Profile, you can update your information, manage documents and consents, payment methods and notifications, view tax documents, and contact support. You can also submit a request to delete your account.

This Android edition is dedicated to Skip the Line at the pharmacy. The app is available in Italian.

SubitoDoc does not replace a doctor or pharmacist and is not an emergency service.
