Svapodream Club is the app reserved for Svapodream customers.

It's not a store: you don't buy anything from the app. It's used to track your orders, monitor your cashback, and have support always at your fingertips.

YOUR ORDERS, ALWAYS UPDATED
You can find all your orders with order number, date, amount, and number of items. Each order has a five-step process that shows you its status, from when we receive it to delivery. When it leaves, you'll immediately find the courier and shipping number, with a direct link to tracking.

YOUR CASHBACK
Your balance, your current level, and all transactions, including how much you need to reach the next level. Your balance remains accessible even when you're offline.

NOTIFICATIONS, WHEN YOU WANT THEM
We'll notify you when your order changes status, when it ships, when your cashback level changes, and when there are exclusive offers. You decide whether to receive them: a single switch, which you turn on when you first open the box and can turn off whenever you want from "My Account."

IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE
One touch and you can contact our customer service, with your order reference already filled in. If you prefer, you'll find it by email.

QUICK AND SECURE ACCESS
Log in with your existing account on the site. After your first login, you can unlock the app with your fingerprint or face recognition, without re-entering your password.
