About this app

ECOsat, an integral part of the ECOfinder suite, is the app designed to simplify the management of service orders (ODS) and offer all the functions necessary to optimize the road work of collection operators.

Simplify operations, use ECOsat to:

· View and take charge of the assigned Ods. Receive service orders directly on the app and take charge of each task with a simple click.

· Consult operational details and maps. Access the complete details of each order, including information on the activities to be carried out, with cartographic support and guided navigation, so as to optimize routes and reduce travel times.

· Update order status. Monitor and update the status of service orders in real time. Mark completed activities, enter a reason for those not performed or add photos, notes and specific details to ensure accurate traceability for each operational phase.

· Manage transshipments. Assigns weights to the mother machine quickly and safely, simplifying the transshipment activity.

· Manage reports and complete orders. View, manage and enter new reports directly from the app and conclude the Ods with the related reason for execution.
