About this app

StoreBuddy is the simple way to always know what you have in stock, what is
running out and what you need to order. It was built for people who handle stock
every day — a small shop, a craft workshop, a storeroom, a bar or a restaurant —
but it works just as well for keeping your home pantry, cellar, hobby supplies
or a club's equipment in order. No spreadsheets, no counting from memory: open
the app and you know where you stand.

HOW SIMPLE IT IS
Print the QR code of each storage area and stick it on the shelf, the cold room
or the cupboard. When you take or put something back, scan it with your phone:
the right page opens straight away, tap + or −, send. The count updates for
everyone in real time. You can also move goods from one storage area to another
in a few taps, without unloading and reloading them by hand.

NEVER RUN OUT AGAIN
For every product you set the minimum quantity you always want to keep in stock.
When stock drops below that threshold the product turns red: open the Purchases
section and see at a glance everything that needs reordering, without checking
shelf by shelf. Each product can have a code, handy to find it in an instant or
to match the supplier's own reference.

SUPPLIER ORDERS IN ONE TAP
Generate a report of below-threshold products, for all suppliers together or
just one. The order is numbered and archived automatically, so you always have a
history of what you ordered and when. You send it to the supplier by WhatsApp or
email with a ready-made message: order number, date, list of products with
quantities, delivery address and hours. The supplier directory keeps contacts
together: update an email or number once and it applies to every product linked
to that supplier.

FROM ORDER TO STOCK, NO MISTAKES
When goods arrive, tap "Order received": enter how much actually came in — even
if different from what you ordered — and split it across your storage areas.
Stock levels update by themselves and every movement stays tracked, with date
and author. That way the count in the app always matches the one on the shelf.

ON YOUR OWN OR AS A TEAM
If you work with others, invite them with a WhatsApp message or by having them
scan a QR code: from then on they see the same storage areas and data updates in
real time across all devices. A dedicated page lets you control who is
authorised and which movements they logged. If you use it solo, it is simply
yours, with no invites and no fuss.

WORKS OFFLINE TOO
Cellars, cold rooms and storerooms with no signal are common: keep working
normally and your data syncs by itself as soon as the connection is back. You
lose nothing and you wait for nothing.

MULTIPLE SPACES, ONE ACCOUNT
Manage two or more businesses — or two or more personal storage areas — from the
same account and switch between them with one tap. Each has its own storage
areas, products and staff, kept separate.

IN 4 LANGUAGES
English, Italian, Spanish and German, with instant switching: useful if you work
with people who speak different languages.
