About this app
Le Marche is a land full of surprises at every corner, from the scenery to those cultural, architectural up to the productive sectors, highly specialized. Building on this heritage, it has been identified in the cultural economy a competitive factor of a cultural district of the territory growth and is designed evolved (DCE Marche) to go beyond the horizon of cultural and integrate policies alone with local community involvement and actions entrepreneurship, both traditional and innovative.
It comes from this awareness ROAD: Festival, arts, crafts and cultural heritage of the streets of the stop, a project of the Evolved Cultural District, promoted by the Marche Region, which has a high degree of innovation as it develops mainly in the interaction with new technologies (from digital signage to augmented reality, to reach a participatory mapping). It is supported by the municipalities Montegranaro, Pedaso, Monte San Giusto, Porto San Giorgio and Campofilone. Together with public administrations also numerous companies and local associations: Dmp Concept, Communication Being there, Grottini, Jef, Brand Fermana, Pluservice, Si2G and the Polytechnic University of Marche.
The goal is to enhance festivaliere activities in the area and strong attraction, as to place them as towing development and economic rebalancing opportunities in the craft and trade; further enriching the experiences of those living these events.
The ROAD project also proposes the development of an advanced platform, customizable and integrated to create a participatory mapping applications in the cultural and tourism sector, to which the users themselves can make a contribution, inserting content from reporting the pictures places of live events.
