Worked better than expected. I turned in a rental car at the Bolzano Airport. I needed to get to a hotel near the train station. I saw the sign for this taxi company to the side of the entry doors. I phoned but their message was in Italian and German. I don't speak those languages. I downloaded their app. I entered my name, my phone number, and an email address. No other info. I got an activation code by text. With location turned on I requested a taxi. It was there in ten minutes. Success.

bit inconsistent! ride from airport to Centro Bolzano perfect. German speaker. From Centro to aeroporto, Italian speaker, shut off taxi metro half way and asked for a price at the end. App works fine.
