I love this app. It makes requesting a taxi very easy and the taxis are legit. we have not had a bad experience after making 20+ trips. Fares are clearly displayed and drivers take either cash or credit card which is great. No running to an ATM all the time. I highly recommend downloading the app as soon as possible upon arrival in Italy.

I am perplexed by the good reviews for this sub-par app. I suspect many of these are fake. No comparison at all to Premier booking apps. There is no car tracker. There is no indication when the taxi has arrived or journey has started. To pay on the app you have to actually enter in the amount you see on the meter!! Did a child design this app? Why would I do that instead of just paying the driver directly? On top of that our Driver got annoyed that we didn't pay by cash, and threw our bag.

Absolutely unacceptable experience – dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unfair! I booked a taxi through the app today, and when the driver arrived, the meter already showed €20 before I even got in. The driver claimed they “charge from the moment they start driving to you,” which is a total scam — there was no warning, no message, no information whatsoever about this hidden fee in the app. I ended up paying far more than I should have, and it felt like being tricked and taken advantage
