About this app

Helios Eventi is the field app for staff managing entrances to events managed with Helios. It's the companion to the Helios Web management software: events, registrations, and tickets are configured online, and the app takes care of the check-in process.

WHAT IT DOES

• QR scanning — scan the ticket code and receive an immediate outcome: valid entry, ticket already used, or unrecognized code. Control is centralized, so the same ticket never passes through multiple gates.

• Real-time attendance — the event dashboard displays registered attendees, attendees who have entered, missing attendees, and occupancy percentages, updated with each check-in.

• Guest search — if the QR code isn't legible or the guest doesn't have their ticket, search for them by name or ticket code and validate entry manually.

• Guests at the door — registers attendees who show up without registration, with their name, surname, contact information, and notes for the welcome.

• Entry History — View entries recorded during the shift.

• Multiple Events — If you're following multiple events, choose the one you're working on and the app will filter everything accordingly.

Large-touch interface, designed for use with one hand while holding the badge with the other. Scan sequentially without having to go back a step.

REQUIREMENTS

Helios Eventi requires a Helios account provided by your organization. Registration is not possible via the app; the event administrator creates the credentials. An active data connection is required to validate entries.
