Farina Pick Your Kind is a new restaurant concept born in Rome from the idea of two guys in 2016.
In 5 years of life the brand has grown exponentially, passing from the first restaurant (Farina Tiburtina) to 4:
Over the years, 3 other places have been added, two in Rome and one in Spain (Farina Lab, Farina Kitchen and Farina Malaga).
The strength of the Farina brand is certainly to be found in the craftsmanship of the products: both the raw material (a dough for pizza, focaccia and loaves with 72 hours of real leavening) and the ingredients are made by our staff, we do not use any product frozen.
Our flagship product is definitely the Pagnottello which differs from a normal sandwich because it is freshly prepared, cooked in a wood oven and then garnished when it is still hot with creative and succulent combinations.
Our products have always been designed and created to be served both at the table on the premises and to be delivered at home with personalized packaging.
In particular, Pagnottello retains the same fragrance and quality even at home and can be enjoyed as if it had been freshly baked.
