I am the Gorilla, always a symbol of loyalty and freedom. Mauro is my human friend, loyal to raw materials, free in front of his oven, his typewriter.



So I ask you: what can a simple pasta album tell you? It's water, yeast, flour, salt. So-called poor ingredients, which if combined with top quality materials can tell ancient flavors and sensorial discoveries, but above all the story of two hands.
