About this app

ITINERA ROMANICA + is a cross-border project between Italy and France that enhances the Romanesque cultural heritage widespread in the five regions of the cooperation area, Tuscany, Liguria, Sardinia, Corsica and PACA.
The ITINERA ROMANICA + app allows you to discover the Romanesque sites and itineraries mapped by the project in five different regions, and to access all useful information for planning a visit or an excursion. From the historical and artistic characteristics of the sites to the technical information on the route, up to the contacts of the individual site for possible reservations, the app guides you in a few steps to discover this beautiful heritage.
Particular attention is given to physical and virtual accessibility: for each site and itinerary detailed information on the accessibility levels is provided, and with the "Accessibility" mode, users with visual disabilities can activate the voice reading of texts from the QR codes present on site .
With the app you can:
+ choose the area of ​​your interest from among the five regions (Tuscany, Liguria, Sardinia, Corsica and PACA)
+ browse the map with itineraries, even in offline mode!
+ view, reach and get information on points of interest and routes
+ create, save and share your own routes
