The Adamello Brenta Nature Park is the largest protected area in Trentino and one of the largest in the Alps. Located in the western Trentino, with its 620.51 sq km includes the mountain groups of Adamello and Brenta, separated by Val Rendena and including between the valleys of Non, Sole and Giudicarie. Nestled between the 477 and the 3558 meters above sea level is affected by the presence of many lakes and the Adamello glacier, one of the largest in Europe.
The incomparable landscape heritage corresponds exceptional wealth of natural elements, first of all those of wild flora and fauna, the brown bear presence.
The park includes among its own peculiarities also invaluable capital of civilization formed by the human landscape and all the historical and artistic heritage handed down from past generations, valuable cultural heritage.
