After following the instructions from the employee that set the sim card up for me, I paid €50+ to have some data but not be able to call or text. I've used local sim cards in other countries before and have not had this problem. Huge waste of money! I've heard TIM is better - they also offer more flexible plan options for those who don't need the 50-70 gigs of data the the employee told me was the smallest plan. I should have kept of walking!! Lesson learned.

I've been using a sim card from this company for the past two months,and unfortunately,the experience has been quite disappointing. The network quality is consistently poor,making it difficult to stay connected. l reached out to their support multiple times but received no effective help or resolution. To make matters worse, I noticed that credit point were deducted from my account without any clear reason. Overall, the service has not lived up to expectations and has been largely unhelpful.

very, very, very bad experience . I charge 40 euro in 5 days to activate my offer and my credit 0 and no activate. customer services in WhatsApp, very cearless and intelligent chat, very low model no understand nothing and customer services call not contact . I can pay tow new simcard with this 40 euro. recommend this wind3 for anybody . very bad experience. I am seaman using many simcard I nevemet poor simcard like this
