About this app

The “Il Gestionale” app allows you to have your company at your fingertips. It is aimed at customers who use "Il Gestionale" Win Software, giving the possibility to draw on information in any place and in real-time.

It allows you to access the customers and / or suppliers area to view and modify all the information in the personal data, view an account statement, make a statistics on turnover or get any type of statistics on the best-selling items.

There is an agents area where both the admin and the agent himself can view the account statement of their customers, the sales movements with the turnover and the relative commission statement, with the detail of the commissions for each individual document and highlighting the commissions actually accrued based on the payments received.

An order area that displays the status of customer and supplier orders with the relative detail of the ordered goods. It is possible to place an order on the go by viewing the statistical details for each item and its physical and virtual stock. In the case of supplier orders, it will also highlight the last price made by that supplier.

It is possible to enter the fiscal documents area and view any document and enter into the detail of the document by viewing the body and header and above all open any generated pdf of the document itself.

The warehouse area will display the articles present with the possibility of filtering them by code, description (even partial) and by all the classifications present in the database. It is also possible to view the items by stock and for each of them view statistics of purchases and sales, purchase lists, physical and virtual stocks and analyze any points of sale.

For companies that manage points of sale, it is possible to view the list of cash register closures for each individual point of sale, highlighting the closure by payment method. It is also possible to view the live sales of each single store by exploding it both by analytical totals and by product classification, highlighting the total sold and the relative weight as a percentage of the total turnover.

In the statistics area it is possible to view a statement by month of both costs and revenues, comparing it with the same period of the previous year.
In addition to the month, it is also possible to view the result by product classification with the relative period comparisons.

Finally, there is an accounting area that highlights customer and supplier balances, a view of the economic costs and revenues framework with the relative comparison with the established budgets and a financial framework that highlights the health of the company itself.
