About this app

The 6App application is the tool that Seitoscana makes available to citizens of the Southern Tuscany Area to obtain timely and personalized information on urban waste collection services.

The application allows you to consult the services present in each municipality. In particular: collection methods, door-to-door calendar where present, geolocation of bins, opening of collection centers and transferable waste, tari desk, other collections.

Registered users who live in areas covered by the home service will receive specific notifications so as not to forget to expose their waste.

It is also possible to request the collection of bulky waste at home. The user will be contacted by Seitoscana customer care to agree on the date of the appointment.

The application allows you to send reports to Seitoscana by also attaching an image. The report will be managed according to Seitoscana procedures and sent to the operators to resolve the problem.
