If you need access to your GestiRent mobile, now you can also try the app GestiRent! Slender, fast, useful, the app GestiRent is a "light" version of your management.
Compatible with tablets and smartphones, the application is available in two versions, Rental Without driver or rental with driver, depending on the type of management that you are using.
NCI Using the app you can:
√ Inserting new reservation: dates, times and locations, display and insertion of the total with the fast calculating rates expected, inserting or editing the client, inserting photos, ability to send book in PDF format by email to the customer.
√ Booking Display: list of all bookings currently included in the system, with quick search capabilities.
√ Vehicle Delivery: after searching for your reservation by name, middle, contract number or barcode, the app allows you to enter the date, time and place of delivery, operator which has delivered the means with km and the tank the delivery, electronic signature as to make the customer, adding photos, ability to send the PDF by email to the customer contract.
√ Display Contracts: list of all active contracts currently entered in the system, with fast and emailing research possibilities.
√ Vehicle Drop: after searching the contract by name, middle, contract number or barcode, the app allows insertion of the date, time and place of delivery, operator resumed with a half km and returning tank , possibility of electronic signature as to make the customer, adding photos, ability to send the PDF by email to the customer contract.
√ Customer Master Data: ability to insert or edit clients directly from the application, with the insertion of Company Name, Email, Phone and specify whether it is private or company.
