horrible app- it freezes constantly, when inside the buy menu of a specific card, its noted "click on "+":button to purchase" but half the time there is not even a button. every second time i need to use ticket it takes forever to load. few times i just ended up buying a physical one. used to work a little better in the past. if you cant do it right, dont waste our time, fire your developers and close the company. seriously!thats what the meme "you had one job" was invented for!

It's nice that you can buy the tickets through the app, but I would have wished it will include more information about how to use the tickets. It's not clear from the beginning that there are only specific gates at the metro were you can scan the QR code and sometimes they are not working. Also, the NFC didn't work for us at all, only the QR code scanner. Also, sometimes it takes a wile to load the app if you're mobile data isn't on. Overall it's a good app, but more info would be nice.
