About this app

Tieni Il Conto is the free app for those who already use the service, allowing you to create and manage incoming and outgoing invoices, even on the go.

The app also allows you to generate estimates, shipping documents, invoices, and view your accounts receivable and payable data, allowing you to have the same up-to-date status you see in the office, wherever you are.

By logging in using your Tieni il Conto credentials or activating biometric access, you'll immediately be taken to the main control panel, where you can:

- be alerted to various potentially unusual situations. For example, if there are rejected documents (*),
- always monitor the status of active documents (invoices, credit notes, etc.) sent to customers (*)
- check any documents received from suppliers (*) at any time
- create new invoices and then send them to customers (*)
- draft new documents (e.g., quotes or invoices) and then refine and send them later (*)
- view, print, email, and share both active and passive invoices (XML or PDF) received from suppliers. (*)

(*) Each transmission requires the use of the Zucchetti Digital Hub (also in invoice package format).

Once logged in, the app allows you to check the status of active invoices to private individuals, the Public Administration, or received passive invoices.

You can view all documents in chronological order and by status (e.g., 'to be delivered,' 'delivered,' etc.); you can also apply filters to view only the documents you're interested in.

REQUIREMENTS
The app can be installed on smartphones/tablets with iOS or Android systems.
Please note that the Tieni il Conto app can only be used with a network connection.

Printing requires a printer connection.
