About this app

Keep the Account is the free application, for those who already use the service, to create and manage, even on the move, incoming and outgoing invoices.

The application also allows you to generate estimates, transport documents, invoices and view data relating to the active and passive cycle, allowing you to have, wherever you are, the same updated situation that you can see in the office.

By logging in using your Keep the Account credentials or activating access with biometric recognition, you immediately find yourself in the main control panel from which you can:

- be alerted to various potentially anomalous situations. For example, if there are rejected documents (*)
- always monitor the status of active documents (invoices, credit notes, etc.) sent to customers (*)
- check any passive documents received from suppliers at any time (*)
- create new invoices to then send them to customers (*)
- draft new documents (e.g. Estimate or invoice) to then refine and send them later (*)
- view, print, send via email and share both passive invoices (XML or PDF) received from suppliers and active invoices (*).

(*) each transmission requires the use of the Zucchetti Digital Hub (also in invoice package format).

Once logged in, the app allows you to check the status of active invoices to private individuals, the Public Administration or passive invoices received.

It will be possible to view all documents in chronological order and with their status (e.g. 'to be delivered', 'delivered', etc.); it is also possible to apply filters to view only what interests you.

FUNCTIONALITY
- access with biometric recognition;
- configurable alerts to be informed about relevant situations on Prendi il Conto documents;
- viewing the status of active and passive documents;
- filtered viewing of documents;
- updating the status and sending of active invoices in Digital Hub;
- downloading passive invoices from Digital Hub;
- viewing and sharing (printing, sending by email, etc.) of both generated and received XML invoices.

REQUIREMENTS
The app can be installed on smartphones/tablets with IOS or Android systems.
We remind you that the Prendi il Conto APP can only be used with a network connection.

A printer connection is required for printing.
