The detection algorithm really needs some work. In some light it picks up shots constantly that aren't happening and makes the app unusable. In other lighting only half of my laser shots are being detected, even if they they're clearly showing up on screen. I don't understand how both of these extremes can be occurring. I understand why lighting would have an effect on the functionality but it's a bit ridiculous how sensitive it is. Sometimes it works fine if lighting is absolutely perfect.

Go into the "change laser sensitivity" setting in the app.
Hold the laser in your hand and press on the back so it lights up. Point it at the target and adjust the custom laser sensitivity until the screen is black and the only white that shows up is the laser shot.
Depending on lighting, sometimes adjusting the hue setting to around 170 will help

A lot of the reviews talking about how it's picking up ghost shots are an issue with your settings and lighting. I had this happen once and fixed it immediately. I wish for the reaction timer, they would have an audible beep along with the red flash on the screen. I'm also curious as to what point the timing starts. I'm no Jerry Miculek but I know it's not over 2 seconds every time I'm drawing. All in all decent app but it could use some tweaks.

The laser bullet is awesome. The incorporated app, it could use some work, considering I just paid for it and it doesn't really work all that great. It'll tell me I got a 7, 8 or 9 when i clearly hit the bullseye, even inches away. Besides that, I'm not sure if it's the app, or my phone but it occasionally screws up and I have to clear the data and "reset" the app, as it won't allow me to access the training options because my camera isn't compatible or it is locked.
